Maka - I'll Manage Somehow

... Because, despite how awesome and smart she is, Maka never, ever has any sort of plan going into a fight. XD

More of my Black Blood Maka Albarn cosplay from Anime Evolution 2010! Took a break from posting for a few days to cut down on the spam. But here we go again!

I know I've said this before, but just as a refresher: my Black Blood Maka cosplay was made entirely from scratch by my mother and myself over the course of one month. The dress was mostly done by my mom (because my sewing is fail and we were on a deadline XD), the accurate shoe straps were sewn by me, and the front of the wig was cut by a hairstylist to make the bangs look more like Maka's. ^^

I never get tired of this costume~ :] But I'm already getting excited to start on my next one! I'm currently amassing reference pictures, and I'll be going fabric shopping sometime next week. This one will be sewn 100% by myself, too, so I'm really looking forward to getting started!

I'll keep you posted on progress! But for now, I still have a few more Maka pictures left to go, so those will be up next. ^^ A big thank you to everyone who has followed along with the pictures of this cosplay! I'm glad that I was able to put something together that interests someone other than just myself.
